Free seminar on Tax Law brings together sector authorities in Araxá

10/08/19 - Magistrates, lawyers and students packed the auditorium of the Piauí Magistrates Association, on the night of this Friday (9), to honor the lecture “Necessary uselessness: what the plays of Shakespeare and the works of Machado de Assis teach us about Justice”, given by the professor to the lawyer Plauto Cardoso. The event, held in partnership with the Escola Superior da Magistratura do Estado do Piauí (Esmepi), is part of Amapi's 60th anniversary scientific program.
Latin American Journal of Political and State Studies is launched in Piauí

Professor and lawyer Plauto Cardoso gives a lecture at Amapi on August 9
01/08/19 - On the 9th of August, from 19:00, the auditorium of the Associação dos Magistrados Piauienses will receive the professor and lawyer Plauto Cardoso with the lecture “Necessary uselessness: what Shakespeare's plays and the works of Machado de Assis teach us about Justice”. The event is organized by the Escola Superior da Magistratura do Estado do Piauí (Esmepi) in partnership with Amapi.
On that occasion, the Latin American Journal of Political and State Studies will also be launched. “This magazine was born within Esmepi and the Judiciary School of Piauí (Ejud-PI), in Teresina, and in Buenos Aires, Argentina, valuing the rich legal tradition of Piauí. It is still , another step in the process of internationalization of the state's legal activities, carried out by Amapi and its president, Thiago Brandão”, says Professor Plauto Cardoso.
Ejud-PI opens registration for the course “Brazilian Constitutional Jurisdiction”
10/07/19 - The Judiciary School of the State of Piauí (Ejud-PI) opened registration for the course this Monday (8) "Brazilian Constitutional Jurisdiction" intended for magistrates for the purpose of continuing education as a use for promotion and lifetime in the magistrate's career.
The course, which will be taught by Professor Plauto Cavalcante Lemos Cardoso, takes place between August 8 and 9, at Ejud-PI headquarters, located at Rua Professor Joca Vieira, 1449, Jockey Club neighborhood, in Teresina.

05/06/19 - During the Brazil-Argentina Integration Exchange, an event commemorating the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Piauí Magistrates Association, a cooperation agreement was signed between Amapi, the Judiciary of the State of Piauí (Esmepi), the Judiciary School of the State of Piauí (Ejud-PI) and the Asociación Argentina de Justicia Constitucional (AAJC). The agreement will enable cultural, scientific and academic exchange between judges from Piauí and Argentina.
